Allison White is an Associate at HCH Legal, joining the firm in October 2020. Allison’s practice focuses on transactional and adminstrative law for the firm's clients, including venture formation, business transactions and contracts, corporate matters, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining HCH Legal, Allison gained experience in corporate transactions with a concentration in intellectual property matters during her time in law school in the Silicon Valley.
