Shelley A. Ewalt is a Member at HCH Legal, joining the firm in July 2019. Shelley’s practice focuses on aviation and airport law with a focus on business transactions and contracts, corporate matters, and regulatory compliance. Shelley has represented clients ranging from scheduled and charter air carriers, private flight departments, FBOs, repair stations, completion centers, airport operators, terminal and concession operators, and aviation service support providers.  Shelley frequently advises clients on airport leases, aircraft transactions, grant assurances, DOT and FAA formal and informal proceedings, licensing, regulatory requirements and compliance.

Shelley is an active general aviation pilot with a commercial pilot’s license with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
